Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

At Proxima Digital LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and service excellence. Our refund policy ensures fairness and transparency.

  • One-Time Services: Refunds are available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. No refunds are issued for completed services.
  • Recurring Services: Customers can cancel their recurring plans at any time. If a cancellation request is made within the first 7 days of the billing cycle, a full refund will be processed.
  • Emergency or On-Demand Services: Due to the immediate nature of these services, refunds are not available once the service has been dispatched.
